I’m aware that this is a business contract and agreement

I am fully committed to this this coaching container.

I understand there are no refunds, no leaving early, I value commitment and will follow through on my word.

I am fully responsible for the complete investment of this program whether or not I choose to finish my time.

I will pay the investment in full and stay in integrity with my word.

If at any point you default on payments or are unable to complete your time in the program you will not receive access to any of the program calls/modules & integration tools.

As your coach I promise to:

• Create a safe place for you to be your true self without the fear of being judged.
• Maintain absolute confidentiality for all you share, as far as is legal.
• Honor commitments I make to you. Plus, I am always on time for the call, present and ready to work.
• Encourage you, but not push you.
• Be completely honest. What I offer to you is truth. I will only support something or someone that I believe in.

Your promise is just as important. This is what I ask of you:

• To be fully present during our sessions.
• Take responsibility for any tasks and steps assigned to you.
• Come in with an open mind and heart.
• Allow me to coach you. Do not resist by assuming you know how things will turn out.
• Give me permission to be direct and honest. You may not always hear what you want to hear but you’ll hear what I believe you need to hear.

By signing this Agreement, you acknowledge that you understand and agree that this program is not psychological counselling, relationship counselling, financial advising, estate planning, nor any other type of counselling or therapy sessions. In addition, by signing this Agreement, you acknowledge that Cheryl Byrne is not a financial advisor nor a broker dealer. No content provided by either the program or the any materials provided is intended as financial advice. If you feel you need professional counselling or therapy, it is your responsibility to seek the help of a licensed professional. All information you share such as business financials, personal stories, research, data, personnel issues will be kept highly confidential unless I am legally obligated to convey this information to the proper authorities. Furthermore, by signing this agreement, you are confirming that you are 18 years or older.

The information contained in or made available by Cheryl Byrne, The Reclaim Coach, or any third-party through the mastermind or their websites or services cannot replace or substitute for the services of trained professionals in any field, including, but not limited to, mental, financial, medical, psychological, or legal fields. Cheryl Byrne does not offer any professional personal, medical, financial or legal advice and none of the information contained in the program should be confused as such advice. Neither, Cheryl Byrne or The Reclaim Coach nor their assignees, sponsors, speakers, partners, employees, contractors or any of their affiliates will be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, exemplary or other damages to the Attendee or the Attendee's business, including economic loss, that may result from participation in the mentorship or from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials, information, or strategies communicated through the mastermind or any products or services provided pursuant to the mastermind, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Under no circumstances, including but not limited to negligence, will Cheryl Byrne be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from Attendee's participation in the mentorship.

To be clear. You alone are responsible and accountable for your decisions, actions and results in your life, and by your participation in the program, you agree not to attempt to hold us, Cheryl Byrne or The Reclaim Coach, liable for any decisions, actions or results that you make or experience in business or in life due to your participation in this program at any time, under any circumstance.

You also understand that the tools, processes, strategies, materials and information presented in the mastermind are confidential, copyrighted, and proprietary to Cheryl Byrne. Client agrees not to record, duplicate, distribute, teach or train from the materials in any manner whatsoever without written permission of Cheryl Byrne. Any unauthorized use or distribution of these proprietary concepts, materials, and intellectual property by you or your representatives is prohibited.
