I am fully responsible for the complete investment of this offer whether or not I choose to finish my time.

As the space holder I promise to:

• Create a safe place for you to be your true self without the fear of being judged.
• Maintain absolute confidentiality for all you share, as far as is legal.
• Honor commitments I make to you.
• Encourage you, but not push you.
• Be completely honest. What I offer to you is truth. I will only support something or someone that I believe in.

Your promise is just as important. This is what I ask of you:

• Take responsibility for any tasks and steps assigned to you.
• Come in with an open mind and heart.
• Give me permission to be direct and honest. You may not always hear what you want to hear but you’ll hear what I believe you need to hear.

By signing this Agreement, you acknowledge that you understand and agree that services provided by Cheryl Byrne are not psychological counselling, relationship counselling, financial advising, estate planning, nor any other type of counselling or therapy sessions. In addition, by signing this Agreement, you acknowledge that Cheryl Byrne is not a financial advisor nor a broker dealer. No content provided by either the services or the any materials provided is intended as financial advice. If you feel you need professional counselling or therapy, it is your responsibility to seek the help of a licensed professional. All information you share such as business financials, personal stories, research, data, personnel issues will be kept highly confidential unless I am legally obligated to convey this information to the proper authorities. Furthermore, by signing this agreement, you are confirming that you are 18 years or older.

The information contained in or made available by Cheryl Byrne, The Reclaim Coach, or any third-party through their websites or services cannot replace or substitute for the services of trained professionals in any field, including, but not limited to, mental, financial, medical, psychological, or legal fields. Cheryl Byrne does not offer any professional personal, medical, financial or legal advice and none of the information contained in the program should be confused as such advice. Neither, Cheryl Byrne or The Reclaim Coach nor their assignees, sponsors, speakers, partners, employees, contractors or any of their affiliates will be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, exemplary or other damages to the Attendee or the Attendee's business, including economic loss, that may result from participation in the program or from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials, information, or strategies communicated through the program or any products or services provided pursuant to the membership, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Under no circumstances, including but not limited to negligence, will Cheryl Byrne be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from Attendee's participation in the mentorship.

To be clear. You alone are responsible and accountable for your decisions, actions and results in your life, and by your participation in the program, you agree not to attempt to hold us, Cheryl Byrne or The Reclaim Coach, liable for any decisions, actions or results that you make or experience in business or in life due to your participation in this offer at any time, under any circumstance.

You also understand that the tools, processes, strategies, materials and information presented in this offer are confidential, copyrighted, and proprietary to Cheryl Byrne. Client agrees not to record, duplicate, distribute, teach or train from the materials in any manner whatsoever without written permission of Cheryl Byrne. Any unauthorized use or distribution of these proprietary concepts, materials, and intellectual property by you or your representatives is prohibited.
